PUBLIC HEARING AGENDA
PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2016

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, November
15, 2016 at 6:02 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Striplin called
the meeting to order. Roll was called and all were recorded as being present.
1. RESOLUTION: To Authorize the Mayor to have Various Weeded Lots Abated per Title 11,
Chapter 67 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as Amended. (Sponsored By: Councilor Starnes)
No one was present to speak for or against this Resolution.
2. RESOLUTION: To Grant a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class 1 License to 2650, LLC, d/b/a
Adriennes Bar. (Sponsored By: Councilor Starnes)
Derry Edwards spoke on behalf of this Resolution. Adriennes Bar will be a full-service bar, open
from 4:00 – 11:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; open from 3:00 p.m. – 1:00
a.m. on Fridays; open from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m. on Saturdays; and closed on Tuesdays and
Sundays.
Adrienne Edwards added that this will be a lounge for professionals to gather and socialize after
work and to watch ballgames on Saturdays. There will not be loud music.
No one spoke in opposition to this Resolution.
3. RESOLUTION: To Grant a Restaurant Retail Liquor License to Blazin Wings, Inc. d/b/a
Buffalo Wild Wings. (Sponsored By: Councilor Starnes)
Ted Beuke, General Manager, spoke on behalf of the Resolution. Buffalo Wild Wings plans to
open on Monday, December 5, 2016. The hours of operation will be 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.
Mondays – Thursdays; 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays; and 11:00 a.m. –
12:00 a.m. on Sundays. The restaurant is sports-oriented and community minded. There will
be a “Kevin Turner” booth, with a QR code sharing information on Kevin’s foundation. There
will also be an Alabama jersey and a Senior Bowl jersey, and a picture of Kevin when he played
for Prattville. Buffalo Wild Wings is excited to be in the community.

There being no comments, Council President Striplin closed the Public Hearing at 6:08 p.m.
