and 9 10 WHEREAS, §11-46-43 Code of Alabama 1975, as amended, prohibits write-in 11 12 candidates in elections held under Sections 11-46-20 through 11-46-73 of the Alabama 13 14 Code of 1975, as amended; In addition, in the case of a violation by 42 43 the retail licensee, upon conviction of such offense, the City Council of the City of Prattville 44 45 may suspend or revoke the business license issued by the City. 46 47 Section 4.
