Glennbrooke 8 located south of Old Ridge Road and West of Glennbrooke 7. He stated that the 35
petitioner is requesting to annex into the city limits and zone the approximately 62.9 acre property to 36
R-3. He stated that the staff recommends approval of the proposed zoning as it is consistent with the 37
Comprehensive Land Use Plan. He also stated that the current moratorium that is in place for 38
annexation will end November 1, 2020. 39
