2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Starnes called the meeting to order. Roll was called and all councilors were present. 1. RESOLUTION: To Grant a Restaurant Retail Liquor License to Cracker Barrel Old Country
Store, Inc. d/b/a Cracker Barrel 273. (Sponsored By: Council President Starnes)
David Mosely, Manager of Cracker Barrel, spoke in favor of this resolution. He stated that Cracker Barrel would like to offer this variety to their guests. He appreciated the council’s consideration for this resolution. Councilor Starnes asked would there be a bar in Cracker Barrel, and Mr. Mosely stated there would not be a bar. He stated a selection of beer and wine
would be available as an option to guests. There was no one present to speak in opposition to the resolution.
