Whereas, the subject property is located inside of the city limits at 202 Nisbett Court; and 15 16
Whereas, the petitioner wishes to rezone the property from B-2 (General Business) to R-4 (Multi-17

19 Whereas, a public hearing on the proposed rezoning was held by the Prattville Planning Commission on 20
March 18, 2021. 21

Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved, that the City of Prattville Planning Commission hereby recommends 23 the rezoning of said property from B-2 to R-4. 24
