WHEREAS, one (1) sealed bid for said project was opened on March 18, 2021, 12
13 at 10:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers; and 14 15 WHEREAS, the city has determined a need to rebid said project due to 16

publication requirements; and 18 19 WHEREAS, the City of Prattville reserves the right to reject all bids; and 20 21
