County, Alabama; thence North 88 deg. 40 min 15 sec East, 508.99 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar and cap (W B.
Scott) found at the True Point of Beginning of the following described parcel; thence North 88 deg. 19 min.
08 sec. East, 1481.12 feet to found 1/2 inch rebar and cap (W B. Scott); thence South 01 deg. 44 min. 12
sec. East, 546.76 feet to a found 5/8 inch rebar and cap (ECE CA #0534), thence South 89 deg 23 min 20
sec West, 542.55 feet to a found 1 inch open top pipe; thence South 44 deg. 19 min 50 sec. West, 112 23
feet to a point of curvature with a cul-de-sac (50-foot radius), from which a radial line bears South 02 deg.
