Ray, Petitioners February 17, 2022 Whereas, James H. & Sandra H. Ray have submitted a request to rezone the property as described in Attachment A and shown in Attachment B; and Whereas, the subject property is located inside of the city limits at 1089 S. Memorial Drive; and Whereas, the petitioner wishes to rezone the approximately 5.1 acre property from B-2 (General Business) and R-2 (Single Family Residential) to B-2 (General Business); and Whereas, a public hearing on the proposed zoning amendment was held by the Prattville Planning Commission on February 17, 2022.
