It shall also include front or immediate areas of any 25 store , shop , restaurant, tavern or any other place of business and also public grounds, parking 26 lots, areas or parks , which are not on private property. 27 28 Pri vate property shall mean any property owned by a private individual(s) or entity(s), 29 including parking lots. 3 0 31 Sec. 50-52. -Loitering in a Public Place 32 It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter , enter, remain , prowl or wander about, whether in a 33 moto r vehicle or on foot , or engage in any disorderly conduct, loud, boisterous , threatening , 34 abusive , insulting or indecent language , or engage in any behavior tending to a breach of the 35 publi c peace in a public place or parking lot; including a public park for any unlawful purpose 36 other than the intended use of the facility or public place in which the person is located. 37 38 Sec. 50-53. -Loitering on Private Property 39 It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter, enter, remain , prowl or wander about, whether in a 40 motor vehicle or on foot, upon or around any private premises, or in any enclosed lot, any 4 1 parking lot, or in and around any dwelling , without the permission , consent or knowledge of the 4 2 owner or lessee of the premises, lot or dwelling . 43 44 Sec. 50-54. -Penalties 45 Any person found in violation of Secs. 50-52 or 50-53 shall be gu ilty of an offense . Upon first 46 convi ction , a person may be assessed a fine in the amount of $125 .00 and/or up to five (5 ) 4 7 days in jail.
