NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Prattville does hereby acknowledge that the City Council has reviewed and submits the 2021 Municipal Water Pollution Prevention Annual Reports for the City of Prattville to the Alabama Department of Environmental Management. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Prattville, through its employees in the Wastewater Division of the Public Works Department, shall continue to maintain the diligent monitoring of effluent from the wastewater system and shall,continue to treat wastewater effluent in the same manner as they have in the past, in accordance with all Federal and State regulations. BE IT®FURTHER RESOLVED that the City will continue training programs as recommended by the Public Works Director and as required by all applicable Federal or State Government regulatory agencies.
