Rezoning M-1 to R-3_Moncrief Street (PH 4 and Agenda 4)RESOLUTION Zoning Request from M-1 to R-3 City of Prattville, Petitioner April 21, 2022 Whereas, the City of Prattville has submitted a request to rezone the property as described in Attachment A and shown in Attachment B; and Whereas, the subject property is located inside of the city limits at Moncrief Street; and Whereas, the petitioner wishes to rezone the approximately 3.7 acre property from M-1 (Light Industrial) to R-3 (Single Family Residential); and Whereas, a public hearing on the proposed zoning amendment was held by the Prattville Planning Commission on April 21, 2022. Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved, that the City of Prattville Planning Commission hereby recommends the zoning of said property from M-1 to R-3 .
