Rezoning M-1 to B-2_East Main Street and Moncrief Street (PH 5 and Agenda 5)RESOLUTION Zoning Request from M-1 to B-2 City of Prattville, Petitioner April 21, 2022 Whereas, the City of Prattville has submitted a request to rezone the property as described in Attachment A and shown in Attachment B ; and Whereas, the subject property is located inside of the city limits at E Main Street between Moncrief Street and the railroad tracks; and Whereas, the petitioner wishes to rezone the approximately 27 acre property from M-1 (Light Industrial) to B-2 (General Business); and Whereas, a public hearing on the proposed zoning amendment was held by the Prattville Planning Commission on April 21, 2022. Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved, that the City of Prattville Planning Commission hereby recommends the zoning of said property from M-1 to B-2.
