Whereas, PCGM Master T enant, LLC has submitted a request to zone the property as described in
Attachment A and shown in Attachment B ; and
Whereas, the subject property i s located inside of the ci ty limits at Maple Street and Bridge Street; and
Whereas, the petitioner wishes to r ezone the approximately 1.42 acre property from R-4 (Multifamily)
to 0 -1 (Office); and
Whereas, a public hearing on the proposed zoning amendment was held by the Prattville Planning
Commission on April 21 , 2 022.
Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved, that the City of Prattville Planning Commission hereby recommends the
zoning of said property from R-4 to 0-1 .
