The City’s Chief Building Official declared the accessory structure at 1039 Gipson 41 Street to be a dilapidated structure on November 18, 2021; and 42 2. The City’s Code Enforcement Officer issued an order to Glen and Christopher 43 Hutson, on February 15, 2022, to have the property repaired or demolished within 44 forty-five (45) days of the notice; and 45 3. Glen or Christopher Hutson did not request a hearing before the City Council within 46 thirty (30) days of the notice nor repair or demolish the structure within forty-five (45) 47 days of the notice; and 48 4. The City Council declared the accessory structure located at 1039 Gipson Street to 49 be unsafe and a public nuisance in Resolution Book 2022, Page 068; and 50 5. The City Council authorized the demolition of the accessory structure and awarded 51 the contract for the said demolition in Resolution Book 2022-A, Page 100; and 52 6. The City Council declared the structure located at 111 Isom Street to be unsafe and 49 a public nuisance in Resolution Book 2020, Page 046; and 50 5. The City Council authorized the demolition of the structure and awarded the contract 51 for complete demolition in Resolution Book 2020, Page 075; and 52 6. The City Council declared the structure located at 1212 Josephine Avenue to be 49 unsafe and a public nuisance in Resolution Book 2021, Page 017; and 50 5. The City Council authorized the demolition of the structure and awarded the contract 51 for complete demolition in Resolution Book 2021, Pages 045 and 069; and 52 6.
