NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Prattville declares that the abundance of overgrown grass and weeds on the property continue to be a public nuisance: • 172 Maple Street- Smith James K. & Mary Jean c/o LERP Properties LLC, 172 Maple Street, Prattville, AL 36067 (19 04 17 1 009 003.000) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor shall have the overgrown grass and weeds on the property listed above cut or removed using city forces or private contractors. Any property owner(s) shall have the right to have any weeds removed at his or her own expense provided the removal is done prior to the commencement of work by employees or agents of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Prattville, that the FY2022 Budget is hereby amended as follows: Decrease Engineering/ Departmental Reserves $32,753.21 Increase Engineering/ Capital Outlay $32,753.21 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby awards Bid No. 022-014-A to Warrior Tractor & Equipment Co., Inc. in an amount not to exceed $32,753.21 for said cutting tool, and said funds are approved and appropriated from the FY2022 Budget Line Item Engineering/ Capital Outlay. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Prattville hereby approves the Regional Training Center Agreement with the Alabama Fire College and Personnel Standards Commission to utilize the training offices and classroom located at 290 Echlin Boulevard and the fire training tower and classroom located at 350 County Road 4 West to host a Regional Training Center. Said agreement shall continue until September 30, 2027, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions outlined in the contract. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Prattville, that the City of Prattville does hereby accept the ownership and maintenance of the Levee.
