NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Prattville, that Resolution Book 2022-13, Page 246 is hereby amended to state the cost for said agreement shall be $1,000,000.00 (net cost to City not to exceed $200,000.00). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Prattville hereby authorizes the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Landmarks Foundation of Montgomery for said consulting services at a total cost not to exceed $18,000.00 (net cost to City not to exceed $7,200.00), and said funds are approved and appropriated from FY2023 Budget Line Item Planning & Development/ Board and Commissions.
