There was an increase in gross taxes of $530,162.36 or 17.80%.  There was an increase in gross taxes w/o the sales tax increase of $467,031.42 or 20.22%.     There was an increase in net taxes (with the rebates taken out) of $534,148.03 or 18.89%.  There was an increase in net taxes (with the rebates taken out) w/o the sales tax increase of  $471,439.70 or 21.67%.     This month the sales tax increase generated an additional $731,525.65. A check in this amount will be  cut and deposited into the debt service reserve account on 8/20/2021.     Thus far the sales tax increase has generated an additional $63,407,670.22.    In that same time (less one month as the transfers to the debt service reserve account are made one
