There was an increase in gross taxes of $563,404.93 or 21.31%.  There was an increase in gross taxes w/o the sales tax increase of $476,808.07 or 23.47%.     There was an increase in net taxes (with the rebates taken out) of $542,264.74 or 21.35%.  There was an increase in net taxes (with the rebates taken out) w/o the sales tax increase of  $474,717.90 or 24.46%.     This month the sales tax increase generated an additional $697,966.74. A check in this amount will be  cut and deposited into the debt service reserve account on 7/2/2021.    Thus far the sales tax increase an additional $62,676,144.57.    In that same time (less one month as the transfers to the debt service reserve account are made one
