Attachment A - Rezoning NW Corner of McQueen Smith Road and Major AvenueRESOLUTION Zoning Request from B-2/11-3 to B-2 Webb Builders, Inc., Petitioner April 20, 2023 Whereas, Webb Builders, Inc. has submitted a request to zone the property as described in Attachment A and shown in Attachment B; and Whereas, the subject property is located inside of the city limits at the northwest corner of McQueen Smith Road and Major Ave.; and Whereas, the petitioner wishes to rezone the approximately 1.65-acre property from B-2 (General Business) and R-3 (Single Family Residential) to B-2 (General Business); and Whereas, a public hearing on the proposed zoning amendment was held by the Prattville Planning Commission on April 20, 2023. Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved, that the City of Prattville Planning Commission hereby recommends the zoning of said property from B-2 and R-3 to B-2.
