NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Prattville, that it is hereby established Lot 9 of Plat 3 of South Industrial Park is no longer needed for public or municipal purposes. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED the Mayor is authorized to enter into a Real Estate Exchange Agreement with The Water Works Board of the City of Prattville for said properties.
