Barlow63 City Clerk64 ORDINANCE1 2 BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Prattville, Alabama, as follows:3 4 THAT the zoning ordinance of the City of Prattville and the zoning map are hereby 5 6 amended to reclassify the property described in Attachment “A” from FAR to B-2; and 7 8 THAT this proposed ordinance and a synopsis were advertised for two (2) weeks in the 9 10 Montgomery Advertiser, a newspaper of general circulation within the Corporate Limits of the 11 12 City of Prattville, and that the City Council at its Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on August 8, 2023, 13 14 considered said proposed ordinance and that at such time and place all persons who desired 15 16 had an opportunity to be heard in favor of or in opposition to such ordinance. 17 18 ALL other items and provisions of the zoning ordinance not herein specifically amended 19 20 shall remain in full force and effect.21 22 THE amendments herein contained were considered and recommended by the City of 23 24 Prattville Planning Commission on June 15, 2023.25 26 THIS Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and execution as provided by 27 28 law.29 30 ADOPTED THIS 11TH DAY OF JULY, 2023. 31 32 33 34 By: Lora Lee Boone, President35 Prattville City Council36 37 AUTHENTICATED THIS 11TH DAY OF JULY, 2023.38 39 40 41 By: Paula G.
