Attachment A - Rezoning 2175 Cobbs Ford Road_PH 3 and Agenda 1RESOLUTION Zoning Request from FAR to B-2 Flowers & White Engineering, LLC, Petitioner June 15, 2023 Whereas, Flowers & White Engineering, LLC has submitted a request to zone the property as described in Attachment A and shown in Attachment B; and Whereas, the subject property is located inside of the city limits at 2175 Cobbs Ford Road; and Whereas, the petitioner wishes to rezone the approximately 2.05-acre property from FAR (Forest, Agricultural, Recreation) to B-2 (General Business); and Whereas, a public hearing on the proposed zoning amendment was held by the Prattville Planning Commission on June 15, 2023. Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved, that the City of Prattville Planning Commission hereby recommends the zoning of said property from FAR to B-2.
