Both lots will comply with the requirements of the underlying zoning. Staff has no objections to waiver requests. Note: when the current zoning ordinance was adopted, the T-2 zoning district was made unavailable for future rezonings (it was almost identical and redundant to T-1). Section 4.09 of the Zoning Ordinance states: All T-2 zoned properties are subject to the requirements in effect at the time of their rezoning to T-2 and as may have been subsequently amended. All manufactured homes hereafter installed in an existing T-2 District must comply with §3.05 Manufactured Homes.
