Commencing with the Election of Mayor in 2025 and upon taking office as Mayor of the 19 City of Prattville, a portrait will be commissioned of the new Mayor at a cost not to exceed 20 industry standards, and upon its completion, this portrait will hang in the Mayor’s Office 21 or Council Chambers. 22 2.
