CALL TO ORDER:
The regular meeting of the Prattville Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) was called to order by
Chairman Leo Jamieson at 4:09 p.m. on Tuesday,March 8, 2016.
ROLL CALL:
Present:Chairman Leo Jamieson,Vice-Chairman James Miles,Mr. Gerald Cimis,Mr. Mac Macready,
and Mrs. Jerry Schannep. Absent:None.
Quorum Present
Staff present:Mr. Joel Duke, City Planner and Ms.Alisa Morgan,Secretary.
MINUTES:
Mr.Miles moved to approve the February 9, 2016 minutes. Mr.Macready seconded the motion.
The motion to approve passed unanimously.

NEW BUSINESS:
None
MISCELLANEOUS:
There was no official business for discussion, the meeting convened into a training session with city
staff. Alternate members Asst. Chief Whaley and Mr. Crosby were present for the training session.
