May 23, 2016
Call to order:
The special called meeting of the Prattville Historic Preservation Commission was called to order on
Thursday,May 23, 2016 at 4:00 p.m.
Roll Call:
The secretary called the roll. Members present were Chairman Thea Langley,Vice-Chairman Gray Price,
Mrs. Jean Davis, Ms. Lenore Kirkpatrick,Ms. Kate Musgrove,and Mr. Larry Smith.Members Absent:
Mr. Will Barrett.
Quorum present
Also present was Mr. Joel Duke, City Planner and Ms.Alisa Morgan, Secretary.
The Historic Preservation Commission met on location at 115 Maple Street for an inspection tour to
assess the condition of the structure.
Adjourn:
Chair Langley left at 4:20 p.m. and Ms. Musgrove left at 4:25 p.m.Vice-Chair Price declared the meeting
adjourned at 4:25 p.m.
