Call to order:
Chairman Tim Smith called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.
Roll Call:
The secretary called the roll.Present:Chairman Tim Smith,Vice-Chairman Reuben Gardner,
Chief Dallis Johnson,Mrs. Paula Carpenter,Mr.Roy McAuley and Mr. Bobby Nelson.Absent:
Mayor Bill Gillespie,Councilman Ray Boles,and Mr. Gene Hall.

1.Re-Plat: Exchange at Homeplace Plat 1A
Location: 1825 Sugar Exchange
Owner: PB Prattville, LLC
Engineer/Representative: Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood, Inc.
Cole Williams of Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood,petitioner’s representative, introduced the re-plat of
the Exchange at Homeplace Plat 1A. He stated that the re-plat is to subdivide the one lot where
Panera Bread in constructed into two lots.
Mr. McAuley introduced a resolution recommending approval of the re-plat of the Exchange at
Homeplace Plat 1A and moved for its approval. Mr.Gardner seconded the motion.
The motion to approve passed unanimously.
Miscellaneous Business:
Mr. Duke stated that the city had received from ADECA a Community Development Block Grant
for a Planning Study for the College Heights Community. He stated that Mr. Reuben Gardner is
the representative for the Prattville Planning Commission.
