CALL TO ORDER:
The regular meeting of the Prattville Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) was called to order by
Chairman Leo Jamieson at 4:27 p.m. on Tuesday,October 13, 2015.
ROLL CALL:
Present:Chairman Leo Jamieson,Vice-Chairman James Miles,Mr. Gerald Cimis,Mr. Mac Macready,
and Mrs. Jerry Schannep.Absent:None.
Quorum Present
Staff present:Mr. Joel Duke, City Planner and Ms.Alisa Morgan,Secretary.
Chairman Jamieson stated the governing rules for the Prattville Board of Zoning Adjustment according
to the Code of Alabama, 1975 and the procedure of the meeting.
MINUTES:
The minutes of the June 9, 2015 meeting were approved unanimously.
The minutes of the July 14,2015 meeting were amended and approved unanimously.
The minutes of the August 11, 2015 meeting were amended and approved unanimously.
The minutes of the September 8, 2015 meeting were tabled unanimously.

None
MISCELLANEOUS:
The BZA discussed scheduling another training session soon.

After no further comments, questions or discussion the meeting was adjourned at 5:02 p.m.
