SPECIAL CALLED PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
MONDAY, JULY 22, 2019
10:00 A.M.
CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in Special Called Public Hearing on Monday,
July 22, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Striplin
called the meeting to order. Roll was called and Councilors Starnes and Strichik were recorded
as being absent.
1. ORDINANCE: To Rezone Property Located at Rocky Mount Road and Old Farm Lane from
FAR (Forest, Agriculture, Recreation) to O-1(Office District) (Petitioner: Southern District
Church Extension Fund, Inc.). (Sponsored By: Council President Pro Tempore Brown)
Brad Flowers, Flowers and White Engineering, LLC, was present on behalf of the property
owner to answer any questions.
No one was present to speak in opposition of the ordinance.
ADJOURN:
There being no further comments, Council President Striplin closed the Public Hearing at 10:01
a.m.
