CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, May 2,
2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Striplin called
the meeting to order. Roll was called and all were recorded as being present.
1. ORDINANCE: To Rezone Property Located at Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and
Moses Road and Known as Dawson’s Mill from R-3 (Single Residential) to PUD
(Planned Unit Development). (Sponsored By: Councilor Jackson)
Greg Gillian of Larry Speaks & Associates was present to answer any questions on the
proposed rezoning.

There being no comments, Council President Striplin closed the Public Hearing at 6:01
p.m.
