SPECIAL SESSION MINUTES
TUESDAY, AUGUST 30, 2016
8:30 A.M.
The Prattville City Council met in special session on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. in
the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Wood called the meeting to order.
Councilors Boles and Boone were recorded as being absent.
City Clerk Cathy Dickerson, designated by the City Council as the Municipal Election Official,
and Assistant Clerk Jamie Ferrari opened the provisional ballots. From a total of twenty-five
(25) provisional ballots, twelve (12) provisional ballots were determined by the Autauga County
Board of Registrars to be eligible to be counted. The provisional ballot boxes were opened and
the twelve (12) provisional ballots were read aloud. The provisional votes were added to the
Tabulation Sheet.

Councilor Starnes made a motion to adopt the Resolution and Councilor Brown seconded the
motion. There being no discussion, the Resolution was adopted with the following results:

NAYS : NONE 0
ABSTAINED : NONE 0
ABSENT : BOLES, BOONE
ADJOURN:
There being no further business to come before the council, Council President Pro-Tempore
Striplin made a motion to adjourn and Councilor Brown seconded the motion. The meeting
adjourned (5-0) at 8:46 a.m.
