PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL SESSION MINUTES
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2012
7:31 A.M.
The Prattville City Council met in special session on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at 7:30 a.m.
in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Renegar called the meeting to order.
Councilor Miller was recorded as being absent.
Council President Renegar requested City Clerk Cathy Dickerson, designated by the City
Council as the Municipal Election Official, to open provisional ballots. From a total of
eighteen (18) provisional ballots, eleven (11) provisional ballots were determined by the
Autauga County Board of Registrars to be eligible to be counted. The provisional ballot boxes
were opened and the eleven (11) provisional ballots were read aloud. The provisional votes
were added to the Recapitulation Sheet.
AGENDA
1. RESOLUTION: TO CANVASS ELECTION. (RESOLUTION BOOK 2012, PAGE
083).
Councilor Brown made a motion to adopt the Resolution and Councilor Boles seconded the
motion. There being no discussion, the Resolution was adopted with the following results:
AYES : STRIPLIN, WOOD, BROWN,
RENEGAR, BOLES, FANK 6
NAYS : NONE 0
ABSTAINED : NONE 0
ABSENT : MILLER
ADJOURN:
There being no further business to come before the council, Councilor Boles made a motion to
adjourn and Council President Pro Tempore Striplin seconded the motion. The meeting
adjourned (6-0) at 7:50 a.m.
