SPECIAL SESSION MINUTES
TUESDAY, AUGUST 26, 2014

The Prattville City Council met in special session on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. in
the Council Chambers at City Hall. Roll was called and Councilor Starnes and Councilor Boles
were recorded as being absent.
AGENDA
1. RESOLUTION: To Authorize the Mayor to Enter Into an Economic Development
Agreement Between the County of Autauga, City of Prattville, Prattville Water Works Board,
Laney Properties, LTD, and Long-Lewis of the River Regions, Inc. Properties, LLC in Support
of Project FT. (Sponsored By: Councilor Brown)

Councilor Brown made a motion to adopt the Resolution and Council President Pro Tempore
Striplin seconded the motion. There being no discussion, the Resolution was adopted with the
following results:

NAYS : NONE 0
ABSTAINED : NONE 0
ABSENT : STARNES, BOLES

There being no further business to come before the council, Councilor Boone made a motion
to adjourn and Councilor Chambliss seconded the motion. The meeting adjourned at 5:05
p.m.
