PUBLIC HEARING AGENDA
PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2016

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, October 18,
2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Wood called the
meeting to order. Roll was called and all were recorded as being present.
1. RESOLUTION: To Authorize the Mayor to have Various Weeded Lots Abated per Title 11,
Chapter 67 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as Amended. (Sponsored By: Councilor Starnes)
Kelly Lee, Attorney for the Fannie Mae Brock Estate, informed the Council that there is a
contract on the property located at 739 Washington Ferry Road. The property will be cleaned
up by the new owners.

There being no comments, Council President Wood closed the Public Hearing at 6:02 p.m.
