CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, March 15,
2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Wood called the
meeting to order. Roll was called and Councilor Boles was recorded as being absent.
Councilor Boles was attending his daughter’s graduation.
1. RESOLUTION: To Grant a Restaurant Retail Beer (On or Off Premises) and Retail Table
Wine (On or Off Premises) to Coffee House Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Starbucks 20585.

2. ORDINANCE: To Amend Chapter 105, Buildings and Building Regulations, of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Prattville. (Sponsored By: Councilor Boles)
No one was present to speak for or against this Ordinance.
3. ORDINANCE: To Amend Chapter 26 - Fire Prevention and Protection, Article II – Fire
Prevention Code, Section 26-42. Code Adopted, Penalty, of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Prattville. (Sponsored By: Councilor Boles)

There being no further comments, Council President Wood closed the Public Hearing at 6:04
p.m.
