PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2015

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, September
15, 2015 at 6:04 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Wood called the
meeting to order. Roll was called and all councilors were recorded as being present.
1. ORDINANCE: To Zone Property Located at 630 Vintage Way to R-5 (Patio Garden
Homes). (Sponsored By: Councilor Boone)
Greg Gillian, Larry Speaks and Associates, was present to answer any questions. There were
no questions.
2. ORDINANCE: To Zone Property Located at Rocky Mount Road at Old Farm Lane to FAR
(Forest, Agriculture, Recreation). (Sponsored By: Councilor Whiteside)
Greg Gillian, Larry Speaks and Associates, was present to answer any questions. There were
no questions.
ADJOURN:
There being no further comments, Council President Wood closed the Public Hearing at 6:06
p.m.
