PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2015
6:00 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday,
February 3, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Wood
called the meeting to order. Roll was called and Councilor Boles was recorded as being absent.
1. RESOLUTION: To Grant Restaurant Retail Liquor License to Rigoberto Morales d/b/a
The Boathouse Caribbean, LLC. (Sponsored By: Councilor Starnes)
Councilor Starnes informed the Council that it is the recommendation of the Investigating
Officer to deny this application. This is due to the applicant having several D.U.I.’s.
ADJOURN:
There being no further comments, Council President Wood closed the Public Hearing at 6:00
p.m.
