PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2014
6:00 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday,
December 16, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President
Wood called the meeting to order. Roll was called and all were recorded as being present.
1. RESOLUTION: To Declare Various Weeded Lots to be a Public Nuisance and Ordering
Their Abatement per Title 11, Chapter 67 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as Amended
(Sponsored By: Councilor Chambliss)
No one was present to speak for or against this Resolution.
2. RESOLUTION: To Grant Restaurant Retail Liquor License to Jim N Nick’s Auburn, LLC
d/b/a Jim & Nick’s Bar-B-Que Prattville. (Sponsored By: Councilor Starnes)
David Gadilhe, 61 Cherencey Court, Pike Road, Alabama, spoke on behalf of the Restaurant
Retail Liquor License for Jim N Nick’s Auburn, LLC d/b/a Jim & Nick’s Bar-B-Que Prattville.
Mr. Gadilhe explained this is a change in LLC, and remains the same owner, same business.

There being no further comments, Council President Wood closed the Public Hearing at 6:05
p.m.
