PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, JULY 2, 2013

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, July 2,
2013 at 6:01 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Wood called the
meeting to order. Roll was called and Councilor Chambliss was recorded as being absent.
AGENDA
1. RESOLUTION: To Declare Various Weeded Lots to be a Public Nuisance and Ordering
Their Abatement per Title 11, Chapter 67 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as Amended.
(Sponsored By: Councilor Wood)
Robert L. Robbins, Jr, 608 Court Street, Prattville, addressed the Council regarding the
vacant lot at the northeast corner of 9th Street and Court Street. Mr. Robbins is responsible
for maintaining this lot, but has been ill. He assured the Council he would have it cut after the
holidays.
ADJOURN:
There being no further business to come before the council, the public hearing was adjourned
at 6:03 p.m.
