PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, JUNE 18, 2013

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, June 18,
2013 at 6:04 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Wood called the
meeting to order. Roll was called and all Councilors were present.
AGENDA
1. RESOLUTION: To Declare Various Weeded Lots to be a Public Nuisance and Ordering
Their Abatement per Title 11, Chapter 67 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as Amended.

No one spoke in favor or in opposition of the Resolution.
City Planner Joel Duke informed the Council that this function has been transferred to the
Police Department.
ADJOURN:
There being no further business to come before the council The public hearing was adjourned
at 6:05 p.m.
