WORK SESSION
MONDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2013
4:00 P.M.
The Prattville City Council held a work session on Monday, October 21, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. in
the Council Chambers at City Hall.
The meeting was called to order by Council President Wood. All Councilors were present.
Mayor Bill Gillespie, Mayor’s Executive Assistant Teresa Lee, Mayor’s Administrative
Assistant Meredith Dismukes, and City Attorney David McDowell were recorded as being
present, as well as the following department heads: City Engineer Robby Anderson; Fire Chief
Terry Brown; Sanitation Interim Director Walter Love; Parks & Recreation Director Kellie
Cook; City Clerk Cathy Dickerson; City Planner Joel Duke; Finance Director Doug Moseley;
Vehicle Maintenance Director Kenny Rawlinson; Human Resources Director Lisa Thrash;
Urban Management Deven Peek. Also present was Wastewater Plant Manager Dale Gandy
and Assistant City Clerk Jamie Ferrari. Visitors present included Jon Lee Finnegan, Mr. Fank,
and Kyle Shirley. The media was represented by Marty Roney, Montgomery Advertiser.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss certain aspects of the budget, including Public
Works.

There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 4:56
p.m.
