WORK SESSION MINUTES
TUESDAY, MARCH 26, 2013
3:00 P.M.
The Prattville City Council held a work session on Tuesday, March 26, 2012 at 3:00 p.m.in the
Council Chambers at City Hall.
The meeting was called to order by Council President Wood. Councilor President Pro
Tempore Striplin and Councilors Brown, Chambliss and Boone were recorded as being
present. Mayor Bill Gillespie, Jr. was present. The following Department Heads were present:
Finance Director Doug Moseley, City Clerk Cathy Dickerson, Wastewater Director Rick
Teague, Sanitation Director Edward Clinton, Chief Magistrate Charlotte Adair, City Planner
Joel Duke, and Leisure Services Director Kellie Cook. The Following City employees were
present: Assistant City Clerk Jamie Ferrari, Assistant Chief Dallis Johnson, Executive
Assistant to the Mayor Teresa Lee, Administrative Assistant to the Mayor Meredith
Dismukes, and Horticulturist Deven Peek. Diane Steinhilber and Gina Williams, Jackson
Thornton, were present. The media was represented by Marty Rooney.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and review the City of Prattville Comprehensive
Annual Financial Report for fiscal year ended September 30, 2012.
ADJOURN:
There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 4:07
p.m.
