WORK SESSION MINUTES
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2012
6:00 P.M.
The Prattville City Council held a work session on Monday, September 10th at 6:00 p.m. at the
Doster Memorial Community Center, 424 S. Northington Street.
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Council President Renegar and all Councilors
were recorded as being present.
Mayor Bill Gillespie, City Attorney David McDowell, Municipal Judge Louis Colley and Teresa
Lee were recorded as being present, as well as the following Department Heads: Interim
Finance Director, Doug Moseley; Human Resources Director, Lisa Thrash; Planning Director,
Joel Duke; City Clerk, Cathy Dickerson; Interim Vehicle Maintenance Director, Kenny
Rawlinson; Police Chief, Tim Huggins; Fire Chief, Terry Brown; Interim Wastewater Director,
Rick Teague; Municipal Court Chief Magistrate, Charlotte Adair; City Engineer, Robby
Anderson; Performing Arts Director, Kellie Cook; Urban Management Horticulturists Deven
Peek and Matthew Morgan; Sanitation Director, Edward Clinton; and Leisure Services
Director, Drew Peterson.
The purpose of the work session was to discuss the proposed 2012-2013 budget.

There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 6:55
p.m.
