WORK SESSION MINUTES
MONDAY, APRIL 9, 2012
6:30 P.M.
The Prattville City Council held a work session on Monday, April 9, 2012 at 6:30 p.m.in the
Council Chambers at City Hall.
The meeting was called to order by Council President Mike Renegar. Councilors Striplin,
Wood, Brown, Miller, Boles and Council President Pro Tempore Fank were recorded as being
present. Mayor Bill Gillespie, Jr. arrived at 6:44 p.m. The following Department Heads were
present: Interim Finance Director Doug Moseley, City Clerk Cathy Dickerson, and Police
Chief Tim Huggins. Diane Steinhilber and Gina Williams, Jackson Thornton, were present.
The media was represented by Marty Rooney. Visitors present were Jerry Cimis and Keith
Gamble.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and review the City of Prattville Comprehensive
Annual Financial Report for fiscal year ended September 30, 2011.
ADJOURN:
There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 6:47
p.m.
