CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at
6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Tom Miller called the meeting to
order. Roll was called and all were recorded as being present.
AGENDA
1. RESOLUTION: TO DECLARE 329 JANICE STREET TO BE A PUBLIC
NUISANCE AND ORDERING THE ABATEMENT PER TITLE 11, CHAPTER 67 OF
THE CODE OF ALABAMA, 1975, AS AMENDED.
No one appeared in favor of, or in opposition to this Resolution.

There being no further business to come before the council, the public hearing was adjourned at 6:01
p.m.
