RESOLUTION: To Authorize the Mayor to have Various Weeded Lots Abated per Title 11, Chapter 67 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as Amended. (Sponsored By: Councilor Starnes) 2. RESOLUTION: To Grant a Restaurant Retail Liquor License to Lectricia Johnson d/b/a Rocks Famous Barbeque. Any property owner shall have the right to 25 26 have any weeds removed at his or her own expense provided the removal is done prior to the 27 28 commencement of work by employees or agents of the City of Prattville. Memorial 10 11 Drive, in Prattville, Alabama, which is a restaurant; and 12 13 WHEREAS, a public hearing was set by Resolution Book 2019, Page 058, and held 14 15 on June 18, 2019 at 6:00 p.m., and at such time and place all persons who desired had an 16 17 opportunity to be heard in favor of or in opposition to said license. 18 19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Prattville, 20 21 hereby approves the issuance of a Restaurant Retail Liquor License at the business located 22 23 at 305, 307, 309 & 311 S.
