and 9 10 WHEREAS, the owner of said subdivision must maintain the public utilities, rights-of- 11 12 way, and easements in the subdivision until accepted by the City Council; and 13 14 WHEREAS, the owner of the said subdivision has maintained the public utilities, 15 16 rights-of-way, and easements in the subdivision for the minimum period required by the 17 18 Prattville Subdivision Regulations (Article III, Section D (6) c.), and has corrected all 19 20 deficiencies presented by the Prattville Engineering Department; and 12 13 WHEREAS, said Personnel Policies and Guidelines have been amended by the 14 15 City Council from time to time; and 16 17 WHEREAS, the City of Prattville Human Resources Director has identified a need 18 19 to update said policies and procedures to conform with Federal and State requirements and 20 21 to clarify other policies and procedures; and 22 23 WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department staff shall provide a copy of the 24 25 updated manual to all current and future employees and shall conduct education and training 26 27 for those employees regarding said policies subsequent to their adoption. 28 29 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRATTVILLE, 30 31 ALABAMA, as follows: 32 33 1. The City of Prattville Human Resources Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual 34 is hereby adopted effective May 1, 2020. 35 2. The City of Prattville Human Resources Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual 36 shall supersede all previous personnel policies and guidelines. 37 38 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City Council hereby authorizes the City of 39 40 Prattville Human Resources Director to make minor changes to said manual as a part of day- 41 42 to-day operations, including Federal and State law changes and clerical changes.
