and 12 13 WHEREAS, an executive mobile folding stage system, with fixed stair system and 14 15 guardrails, is available from The Stage Depot at a cost not to exceed $13,533.00; and 16 17 WHEREAS, the Finance Director has identified a certain sum of surplus funds 18 19 available for departments that came in under budget for Fiscal Year 2018; and 11 12 WHEREAS, Fire Department personnel drafted specifications for said trailer; and 13 14 WHEREAS, three (3) sealed bids were received, opened, and read aloud at 15 16 10:00 a.m. on February 25, 2020;
