(Owner: City of Prattville) (Petitioner: James B. Marshall, Jr.) 7 8 {Sponsored By: Councilor Jackson} 9 10 BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Prattville, Alabama, as follows: 11
12 THAT the zoning ordinance of the City of Prattville, Alabama adopted on February 10, 13 14 1950, subsequently amended from time to time, and the zoning map adopted on the 1st day 15 16
of May, 1987, are hereby amended to reclassify the property described in Attachment “A”; 17 18 and 19 20 THAT this proposed ordinance and a synopsis was advertised for two (2) weeks in the 21
22 Prattville Progress, a newspaper of general circulation within the City Limits of the City of 23 24 Prattville, and that the City Council of the City of Prattville, at its Public Hearing on the 3rd day 25 26
of March, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., considered said proposed ordinance and that at such time and 27 28 place all persons who desired had an opportunity to be heard in favor of or in opposition to 29 30 such ordinance. 31

ALL other items and provisions of the zoning ordinance of the City of Prattville not 33 34 herein specifically amended shall remain in full force and effect. 35 36
THE amendments herein contained were considered and recommended by the City of 37
38 Prattville Planning Commission on January 16, 2020. 39 40 THIS ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and execution as provided 41

by law. 43 44 ADOPTED THIS 3RD DAY OF MARCH, 2020. 45 46
