7 WHEREAS, RAM Prattville Hospitality, LLC d/b/a Tru by Hilton Prattville has applied 8 9 for a Retail Beer (On or Off Premises) and a Table Wine (On or Off Premises) License for 10 11
a business located at 2633 Legends Drive, Prattville, Alabama 36066, which is a hotel; 12 13 and 14 15 WHEREAS, a public hearing was set by Resolution Book 2020, Page 024 for 6:00 16
17 p.m. on March 17, 2020; and 18 19 WHEREAS, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the March 17, April 7, and April 21, 2020 20 21
council meetings were cancelled; and 22 23 WHEREAS, notice was published in the Prattville Progress to re-schedule said public 24 25 hearing for May 5, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.; and 26
27 WHEREAS, at such time and place all persons who desired had an opportunity to be 28 29 heard in favor of or in opposition to such Resolution. 30 31
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Prattville 32
33 hereby approves the issuance of a Retail Beer (On or Off Premises) and a Table Wine (On 34 35 or Off Premises) License for the business located at 2633 Legends Drive, Prattville, 36
